Terms of Service

At Tan&Co, we aim to make your experience seamless, enjoyable, and tailored to your needs. Below are our policies and guidelines to help you plan your visit.

Booking Appointments

Appointments can be scheduled through our online booking system (GLOWDAY), via phone, email or instagram DM. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time. It may ask for ID and/or card details to ensure identity. You may receive an email regarding the treatment, but you will not be charged

Confirmation & Communications

You will receive an email and/or SMS confirmation upon scheduling your appointment. Kindly ensure your contact details are accurate and up-to-date to avoid missing important notifications.

Late Arrivals

If you’re running late, please inform us as soon as possible. While we’ll do our best to accommodate you, treatment time may be shortened to avoid impacting other clients. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show and could incur a fee.

Cancellations, No-Shows & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations: At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a fee of 25% of the treatment cost.
  • No-Shows: No-shows will incur a fee of 30% of the treatment cost.
  • Rescheduling: Requests made within 48 hours may also be subject to a fee.

We understand that emergencies arise. Please contact us directly to discuss any last-minute changes.

Deposits

A £50 deposit is required within 24 hours of booking to secure your appointment. Payment details will be provided, and this deposit will be deducted from your final bill. Deposits are non-refundable and failure to pay within 24 hours may result in cancellation.

Payments

We accept exact cash, credit/debit cards, and contactless payments.

Refunds

Refunds are only available for cancellations made with 48 hours’ notice. Treatment fees are non-refundable once the service has been provided.

Age Restrictions

  • Aesthetic Treatments: Clients must be 18 or older. No additional guests are allowed in the treatment room during procedures.
  • Facials & Health Checks: Clients under 18 may be accompanied by a parent or guardian and may require consent for certain treatments. Please bring valid ID (driver’s license or passport) for age verification.

Refunds

Refunds are only available for cancellations made with 48 hours’ notice. Treatment fees are non-refundable once the service has been provided.

Privacy & Confidentiality

All client information is handled with strict confidentiality and used solely for treatment and administrative purposes. We will only share information with your consent.

Right to Refuse Service

Tan&Co reserves the right to refuse service to clients who fail to adhere to booking policies, who we deem to not be safe for treatment or whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate.

Pre- & Post-Treatment Care

  • Follow pre- and post-care instructions sent via email.
  • Avoid laser hair removal treatments at least 2 weeks before and after skin treatments.
  • Refrain from using retinol, AHAs, BHAs, or HA products at least 5–7 days prior to skin treatments to avoid sensitivity.
  • For your safety, our clinician is trained in Immediate Life Support (ILS) and Advanced Life Support (ALS), with emergency medications such as adrenaline on-site.

Mandatory Forms & Photography

  • A mandatory consultation is included in your booking at no extra charge.
  • Consent forms for treatments and photography must be completed prior to your appointment. Medical history forms only need to be completed once during registration.
  • Photography and video may be taken during treatments for NMC and insurance purposes. You can opt not to be identified in photos.

  • Located a 2-minute walk from Tottenham Court Road Station.
  • Accessibility access is available for those unable to navigate stairs.
UNTIL Marylebone
  • Situated near Selfridges, opposite the Food Hall. Parking is available at Edward Mews in Selfridges.
